Not fighting. Exploring.

A program where conversation and image come together — head and heart.

Maybe this sounds familiar: you know what you want to change, but it just doesn't happen. Thoughts that keep churning, tension that flares up, or a feeling you hold onto without quite knowing why. You try to let go, but the harder you try, the bigger it seems to grow.

In our work together I use ACT — Acceptance and Commitment Therapy — and visual therapy to help you relate differently to these kinds of experiences. Not by fighting what is hard, but by exploring together what truly matters to you and taking steps from there. I help you build mental resilience: not by thinking problems away, but by learning to move with them more freely.

What sets my work apart is the combination with visual work. Not everything you experience can easily be put into words. By drawing, painting, or working with materials, I help you give shape to what lies deeper. You literally make visible what is going on — and that yields insights conversation alone does not always reach. I deliberately use image and language together, because they reinforce each other and form an approach that speaks to both your mind and your feeling.

My guidance is personal and at your pace. Together we look at your question, what holds you back, and what brings you into motion. Step by step you discover more space, more direction, and more confidence in yourself.
