Beyond words.

With material in your hands, what words can't always reach takes shape.

You don't need to have ever held a brush to make something meaningful. Because in my workshop it's not about the end result — it's about what the making process shows you about yourself.

In my work I notice that many people stay in their heads when they want to reflect on patterns, habits, or what occupies them. Talking helps, but sometimes has its limits. Visual work breaks through that. When you start working with materials — paint, clay, paper, collage — you address a different part of yourself. Things you don't easily put into words come up through image. That can be surprising, moving, or eye-opening.

In my introductory workshop you become acquainted with the power of visual expression. I work with short exercises that invite self-inquiry, and I guide you in discovering how patterns become visible in what you make. You share — if you wish — your experiences with the other participants. I deliberately keep the group small, so I can give real attention and a safe atmosphere arises to explore what is alive for you.

You don't need to know or be able to do anything. You just need to be willing to look at yourself a little differently for a moment. And I guide you in that, step by step.
